Interplay of light and shadow.
A superstructure standing in dialogue with an object. The superstructure for presentations contains projection screen, toilets, seating for 20-30 people, a bar and a store room. When the sun shines down onto the room, it projects a pattern on the floor. The shadow-pattern moves with the sun. When the sun has set, the light from inside projects the shadow onto the floor outside. To create a dialogue, the shape of the wooden stool, one part of a puzzle- like seat construction, is created by the pattern of the shadows. The robust stool forms a contrast to the superstructure which seems very unstable. The slots are inspired by the shadow projection of the bars. As soon as the structure casts no more shadows, the stool begins to glow from inside.
